FOR BOOKING & STAY
The primary policy of Rohini Apart Hotel is to ensure safety and wellbeing of guests right through the stay and even beyond
Checking-in using Local IDs is not permitted.
We do not entertain the stay of unmarried couples.
Check in - Check out timing is from 12:00 noon to 11:00am. However on special request, subject to availability of rooms, round the clock check-in / check-out in subject to availability basis.
As required by the rule of Indian Government, all guests (all occupants) are to show / produce a proof of identity issued by the Government while checking in. No matter what, irrespective of age, gender, marital status etc. each guest (occupant) while checking in must produce a valid photo identity proof issued by the Government. In the case of foreigners (Nationals other than Indians) are to show / produce passports. Therefore ensure to carry these documents.
Visitors are not allowed in Guest rooms after 9pm.
Guests are suggested to safeguard their belongings and Rohini Apart Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage.
If accidental or intentional damages are made to the properties of Rohini Apart Hotel by the guests during the stay, it will be the complete responsibility of the guests to bear the entire cost of tangible and intangible damages.
There are no accommodation charges for children up to the age of 8 years. Those who have completed 8 years of age on the day of arrival will be considered an adult and extra bed will be provided at additional cost. Enquire the office of Rohini Apart Hotel to know the prevailing cost for additional bed.
Booking of rooms can be confirmed only on receiving payment in full. Rooms booked over telephonic calls without making payment can only be blocked and allotted subject to availability at the time of arrival.
The management of Rohini Apart Hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be refused if proper identification proof is not produced at the time of check-in. Unmarried couples and Residents of Trichy with local identity proof carrying a local address in Trichy will not be provided with accommodation.
Rohini Apart Hotel will not be liable for any Discounts and Facilities promised by other websites / online portals for booking rooms in Rohini Apart Hotel.
Confirmation of booking of rooms will be sent to the email address of the Guest. In case additional information or clarification is needed, guests may contact the office of Rohini Apart Hotel.
